We'll make sure there is proper access to the basement by renovating or building steps and stoops.
Crawl Space Encapsulation
We recommend sealing and insulating the crawl space and covering the ground with a polyethylene vapor barrier, or even a concrete slab.
Concrete Removal
We will remove any kind of material in the basement as part of our full service basement construction, renovation, and restoration company.
Expansion Joints
We will install expansion joints that are designed to safely absorb temperature-induced expansion and contraction of construction materials.
