Santos and Sonia came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. Santos not only looked at the basement, but walked all the way around the exterior of the house to take into consideration other factors that may be contributing to the bowed, poured concrete wall.
He was the only guy to identify that the back stoop had been poured with the foundation, along with other little things about the house that told me – this guy knows what he's talking about.

“I am retired, arthritic and unable to do the work myself anymore. However, I grew up in a family excavation agri-business. Trenching in drainage pipe was what I did for a living. So when I watched the good workers with Basement Rehab - I knew what to look for. I think they did an excellent job. For me to say that, is saying something, since I was raised by a perfectionist. For example; I would check on their work, ask them if they reconnected the duct work in the crawl space. They had already done it. Our basement portion of the project was bulging in so far it was in danger of collapse. They lifted the sagging building. Leveled the floor joists. It all looks great now. Not just the basement. The wet basement is no longer wet. They earned their money. There are a lot of contractors out there that I have had the misfortune of catching them short changing the customer. I give this particular company 5 stars because I want them to prosper and be available to folks I may give a word-of-mouth recommendation to.”
